Colin with Upstate Construction & Renovation did an incredible job. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Colin is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure every detail is done the right way.

The quality of the workmanship really stands out, and the whole project was completed on time and exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor in Seneca, SC who communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and truly cares about the end result.

The work that Collin does is beautiful. He checks everything out and shows you exactly what needs to be done. The workers he has do exactly what their told. If there is any question he answers them and makes sure you know what is going on then proceeds the best way to complete the job. I have had him do many jobs for me and all of them are done correctly. I rate him as 1-10 a 10+. Give him a call because you have the decision on the best to help you out.

We partnered with Upstate Construction and Renovation on several large home projects, we’re so pleased with the results! The owner is easy to work with, an expert builder and craftsman. My kitchen and primary bathroom are my favor rooms in the house because of his tile work.

Colin Allan and his crew did a great job of repairing and remodeling our two bathrooms, as well as fixes to the piping and flooring. He always answered phone calls and messages and showed up on time. He is by far the best contractor with whom we’ve worked. We definitely recommend his business and will be using him again. In an era when you can’t get contractors to show up and do what they’re supposed to, he’s a pleasant surprise.

Colin and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They were punctual and worked tirelessly to get the job done all while we were still operating our restaurant. We highly recommend them for any reconstruction projects and will be using them in the future.

The quality of craftsmanship was excellent, and every detail was handled with care. What stood out most was their reliability, honesty, showing up when they said they would, keeping the job site clean, and finishing the project on schedule.

If you’re looking for a general contractor who is honest, skilled, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Upstate Construction.

Colin’s team worked tirelessly on our 200-year-old farmhouse, while other contractors were hesitant to take on the project. I am incredibly grateful for Colin’s intervention and collaboration in restoring the farmhouse to its former glory. They began by renovating the foundation and gradually progressed to installing a new roof. I am truly thankful to have met Colin; despite our frequent changes of mind during the remodel, he always maintained a positive attitude and offered reassurance, saying, “I can do it.”

Colin and his team did an outstanding job remodeling my MIL’s master bathroom to make it more accessible for her. He converted her tub/shower into a walk-in shower with handheld faucet. He did a perfect job, tiling the walls, replacing the flooring, and completing all the trim work as well as installing the toilet. The work was done timely and professionally. I would highly recommend them for any renovation work!
